Spritz

Ingredients

• 2cl Grapefruit Mix
• 3.5cl Martini Fiero or Aperol
• 10cl sparkling wine
• 2cl sparkling water

Ritual

1. Fill a Spritz glass with ice cubes.
2. Add the Grapefruit Mix and the Martini Fiero (or Aperol).
3. Pour in 10cl of sparkling wine.
4. Top up with 2cl of sparkling water.
5. Stir gently using a bar spoon.
